Introduction

This page explains how to delete your LeadSlides data and account. You can remove some things yourself from inside the studio, and you can request complete deletion of everything we hold by email. For any request or question about deleting your data, contact us at [email protected].

Delete individual carousels

In the studio you can delete saved carousels one at a time. Deleting a carousel permanently removes that selected carousel. This is useful for clearing out specific drafts, but it does not delete your account, your brand kit, or any other carousels you keep.

Delete your account login

From the account menu (your avatar in the top right of the studio) you can open Manage account and delete your account. This removes the login and profile held by our authentication provider, Clerk. Note that deleting your login does not, on its own, automatically erase your saved carousels, brand kit, or subscription data. To make sure everything is removed, use the full-deletion request below.

Request full deletion of all your data

For complete removal, this is the reliable path. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my data. We will verify your request and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

What we delete on a full request

When you make a full-deletion request, we delete:

• Your account and profile held by Clerk.
• Your saved carousels.
• Your brand kit.
• Subscription records we hold.
• Any images you uploaded.

What we may retain

After a deletion request, we may keep a limited set of records, namely:

• Limited records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction records held by our billing provider for tax purposes).
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.

If you signed in with Facebook or Google

If you signed in with Facebook or Google, a full-deletion request also removes the profile information we received from that login.
