These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of LeadSlides. Please read them carefully. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using LeadSlides, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

LeadSlides is an AI tool that generates social media carousels from your ideas or pasted text. You give it a prompt or some content, and it drafts slides you can review, edit, and export.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Accounts are managed by our authentication provider. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

When you use LeadSlides, you agree that you will not:

• Create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or misleading.
• Spam, abuse the service, or attempt to bypass rate limits or other technical controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service, or otherwise use it in a way these Terms do not permit.

5. Your content and ownership

You own the content you input and the carousels you generate. You grant LeadSlides a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for your content, and you confirm that you have the rights to any images you upload.

6. AI-generated output

Output is produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate, generic, or similar to output others receive from similar prompts. Review and edit generated content before you publish it. Output is provided as is, and you are responsible for what you post.

7. Free tier and limits

Free use is rate-limited, and free exports include a small watermark. We may change limits, features, or the watermark at any time.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Pro plans are billed through our billing provider, Polar. Paid plans renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual property

LeadSlides and its software, design, templates, and brand are owned by us. These Terms grant you only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service.

10. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (for example, authentication, billing, and AI generation) whose terms also apply to your use of the service.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and LeadSlides does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSlides is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LeadSlides harmless from claims arising out of your content or your misuse of the service.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, and you may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located where the operator is established.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and will revise the Last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
