What is inside this template

  • A 5-slide warm-up arc that teases the transformation, agitates the slow DIY path, reveals the offer, sets the deadline, and asks for the waitlist
  • A cover_text hook framed as I'm about to open the thing people keep DMing me for, ready for your own offer
  • A list_card pre-loaded with 3 pillar slots (core system, support, the shortcut) you rewrite as what your offer actually delivers
  • A bold tweet_card that names real open and close dates and a small first round, so scarcity reads as honest, not gimmicky
  • A cta_card wired to the DOORS trigger word across the keyword field and caption for comment-to-DM waitlist signups

How to customize it

  1. Drop in the offer

Replace every [offer name] and [outcome] placeholder with your real program and the result it produces, for example a 6-week group coaching cohort that gets you booked out. The cover should sound like a thing your audience has already asked for.

  2. Define the 3 pillars

Rewrite the list_card bullets as your actual core system, your support or accountability layer, and the asset they would otherwise build alone. This is the reveal slide, so make each pillar a reason the offer beats figuring it out solo.

  3. Set real dates and a real cap

Fill the [date] open and close placeholders and the small-first-round line with numbers you will hold to. The scarcity slide only converts if the deadline is true, so do not promise a cap you plan to extend.

  4. Lock the waitlist trigger

Keep DOORS or swap it for a word tied to your launch, then match it in the cta_card body, the keyword field, and your caption so the comment-to-DM handoff sends people to the waitlist before doors open.

Example: the formula filled in

For a Notion consultant launching a productivity system for solo founders: the teaser opens with I'm about to open the thing people keep DMing me for, here's what's coming. The 3 pillars become a plug-and-play second-brain template, weekly office hours for the first cohort, and a done-for-you client dashboard. Doors open Monday and close Friday, capped at 20 founders. The ask: Comment DOORS and I'll DM you the waitlist before it goes public.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

When should I post this in my launch?
Run it 3 to 7 days before doors open, while the waitlist is still the only way in. Posting it after doors are already open wastes the scarcity slide, since the deadline and the first-access promise are what make people comment.
What if I don't have a hard close date or a cap yet?
Set one before you post. The bold tweet_card carries the conversion weight here, and a vague soon or limited spots reads as fake urgency. Pick a real close date and a number you can defend, even if the cohort is small.
Can I use this for an offer that isn't a course?
Yes. The formula fits any time-boxed launch (a coaching cohort, a service round, a paid community), as long as there is a transformation to tease and a reason the doors close. Rewrite the pillars to match how your offer is delivered.
