Webinar / event sign-up carousel template

What is inside this template

  • A 6-slide flow built around one live event: date-stamped promise cover, the question that earns the registration, the 3 takeaways, the for/not-for filter, and a comment-to-DM close.
  • A tweet-card slide that reframes your event as the answer to a question you already get in your DMs, so it reads like a reason to show up, not an ad.
  • A 'What you'll walk away with' list card with three editable takeaway slots, each phrased as something the attendee can use that same week.
  • A for/not-for slide plus a replay line, so you qualify the right people and still capture sign-ups from anyone who can't make the live time.
  • A CTA slide wired to the LIVE keyword, ready to plug into a comment-to-DM tool or a manual reply flow.

How to customize it

  1. Lock the date and the one promise

Replace [day + date] and the cover promise with your real event time and the single outcome attendees get. Keep it to one outcome and one pain you remove, not a list of three.

  2. Anchor it to a real question

Swap the tweet-card question for an actual line you get asked in DMs or comments. The closer it is to your audience's exact wording, the more the event feels made for them.

  3. Make the 3 takeaways concrete

Turn each takeaway into something they can apply within a week (a named framework, the two mistakes you'll name, the live Q&A). Specific takeaways register better than 'learn all about X'.

  4. Pick your CTA word and route it

Keep LIVE or choose your own keyword, then decide how the link gets sent: an auto-DM tool, a pinned comment, or you replying by hand. Say the exact word you want on the CTA slide so people know what to type.

Example: the formula filled in

A bookkeeper for Etsy sellers runs a free live training on Tuesday, March 4: how to file your first quarter taxes without a shoebox of receipts. The hook reframes the DM she gets weekly ('what do I even keep?') into a one-time live answer. Her three takeaways are a one-page deduction list, the two filing mistakes that trigger most seller audits, and a live Q&A on her viewers' specific shops. The for/not-for slide welcomes sellers in their first two years and waves off anyone wanting a full done-for-you service, then promises a replay to everyone who comments TAXES.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Should I send people to a landing page or use comment-to-DM?
Comment-to-DM usually wins for a free event because it keeps the action inside the app and gives you a DM thread to send reminders in. If you need names and emails before the live, send the DM and have it link to a short registration page.
How far ahead should I post this deck?
Five to seven days out gives the post time to circulate while the date still feels close. Repost or run a shorter version 24 hours before, and lean on the replay line so a near-term date doesn't cost you sign-ups.
What if my event is paid, not free?
The structure still holds, but move the price and the buy step onto the CTA slide instead of a free sign-up, and make the three takeaways carry more weight since you're asking for money, not just an email.
