Styled text is great, but a full carousel does the heavy lifting.

Now make the full carousel

How it works

From a rough thought to a finished carousel.

  1. Type your post or bio line

Drop in the text you want to stand out: a hook, a one-liner, the opening of a thread, or the headline of your X bio.

  2. Pick a style

See bold, italic, script, monospace, and more rendered live. X has no native rich text, so these are real Unicode characters that survive the paste.

  3. Copy and paste into X

One tap copies the styled text. Paste it straight into a post, reply, or your bio, no app, no extension, no signup.

  • Make the first line stop the scroll

X timelines move fast and reward a strong opening. A bold hook or an italic aside gives a post visual contrast that plain text cannot, without shouting in all caps.

  • A bio that reads like a brand

Coaches and creators get one bio to convert a profile visit. Styled headers and a clean accent on your offer make 160 characters feel designed instead of dashed off.

  • From a great post to a carousel

A line that performs on X is often a carousel hook waiting to happen. When a post lands, take the idea into the studio and turn it into a full swipeable carousel in about 60 seconds.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does X support bold and italic text natively?
No. X has no rich-text formatting in posts or bios. This tool works around that by converting your letters into Unicode mathematical characters that already look bold or italic, so the styling travels with the text wherever you paste it.
Will the formatted text show up correctly for everyone?
On modern phones and browsers, yes, the Unicode characters render almost everywhere. A small number of older devices or screen readers may read them differently, so keep critical words readable and use styling for emphasis, not whole paragraphs.
Is styled Unicode bad for accessibility?
Used sparingly it is fine, but screen readers can announce styled characters oddly or skip them. Style a hook or a keyword, not your entire post, so the message still reads cleanly if the styling is stripped.
Does this count against my X character limit?
Each styled character still counts as one character, the same as plain text, so a bold word takes the same space as a normal one. Emoji and some symbols can count differently, but the letter styles here behave like regular characters.
Is the X text formatter free and signup-free?
Yes. No account, no login, no paywall. Type, pick a style, copy, done, all in your browser.
